Craftisan Web Studio, herein after will be referred to as “CWS” and you will be referred to as “The Client”. CWS retains copyright to all native working files designed and created and provided by CWS.  The Client agrees to use CWS graphics and services in the manner outlined, authorized or defined. The Client is granted rights to use the graphics, design or service but is not given the right to resell, duplicate or modify any of the work provided without prior approval of CWS.

eStore Setup + Maintenance
The Client agrees to allow CWS temporary access to their eStore using your provided username and password. CWS will require access in order to provide store setups, maintenance services and/or complimentary graphic package uploads. All information provided is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone at anytime without prior authorization from The Client. Login information is not kept beyond the scope of the project unless authorized or requested by the client for future projects or maintenance.

Copyright Infringement
The Client agrees that any files, images or copy provided for use in design is owned by The Client or that The Client has obtain permission to use the files, images or copy from the rightful owner. CWS does not accept any liability associated with the use of said files, images or copy. The Client agrees to take full responsibility from any suit or claim of copyright infringement that may come if proper authorization has not been solicited.

Credit Link
When the design and/or services involved include webset design, logo design, template customization, illustration, photo services or eStore setup & maintenance CWS will request a credit link or “link back” on your site.  The Client agrees to provide credit to CWS on all pages containing the images or work until such time that all graphics have been removed from The Client’s website.

In the case of custom print design a credit link will appear in the document discreetly.

Support
CWS agrees to provide The Client with any support necessary to ensure the purchased graphics or design services are fully functional as intended. The Client may be subject to additional fees if it is deemed that the project has exceeded reasonable revisions or changes outside the scope of the original quoted specifications.

Payments
In cases of premade graphics The Client agrees to pay CWS prior to graphics being released without embedded copyright watermarks. When previously agreed and arranged, CWS will allow The Client to make payments within a previously agreed upon arrangement.

In cases of custom webset design, HTML template design, logo or illustration services a minimum 50% deposit will be required, in advance, before any work will begin. Full payment will be due upon completion of said work before any work is released or completed in full. Refunds are considered only for projects that have not been started however a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

In cases of custom template design/customization or eStore setup payment is required upfront before any work can begin.

Cancellation Policy
CWS reserves the right to cancel any design or services at anytime without reason. Cancellations made by The Client require payment for services already rendered. CWS makes a concerted effort to meet The Client’s needs and cancellation of a project would be an absolute final resort. Should The Client cancel it is necessary that CWS be compensated for work performed, up to and including the time of cancellation, and any fees outstanding for work performed will be deducted from the deposit before providing any refunds.

Regardless of whether you have read the complete content of our Terms by purchasing service from Craftisan Graphics you, The Client, agree to abide by all terms in their entirety.
