Most illustration projects can be completed within 2-4 weeks dependent upon the detail involved, concepts required, number of revisions and timely client feedback.

What is Vector Illustration?

We use a drawing tablet and illustration software to draw vector illustrations. The great thing about vector illustration is that you can scale the images to any size you want. There is no distortion like you get when scaling a bitmap image to a larger size. Vector illustrations can be output to just about any file type you require and can be used in both print and web designs equally.

Waitlists

Sometimes we have a lot of projects on the go and rather than turn clients away we give the option of taking the next position on our waitlist. Our availability is listed at the top of our site. We don’t charge you a deposit to hold your position but we do request that you notify us if your situation changes or you change your mind about working with us. We will email you when we are ready to begin your project.

What’s the Process?

The following provides a brief overview of the steps involved in most of our illustration projects:

• Complete our design questionnaire and share your ideas with us.
• Review and approve your quote.
• Make your 50% deposit via Paypal and secure your project spot while we begin designing a concept(s) for your logo.
• Your deposit signifies your agreement to our Terms of Use.
• The first concept(s) arrive in your inbox for your review and you select the idea(s) that best represent your business.
• We begin the revision process refining your illustration into your final design. All images will contain watermarks.
• You need to be available during the revision process and respond to our emails promptly, during this time,
  so your project can proceed through to the final stage.
• Once you have approved the final design the balance of your account is due before files can be released.
• After payment, we provide the final image files in print and web versions using industry standard formats.
• You own the rights to the illustration once the design is complete. We retain all native files and only provide the final artwork files. If you require the source files please let us know and we can adjust your quote accordingly.
